It is possible to eat healthy on a budget with foods from the market. You do not need to spend thousands of naira on the latest superfood. This is especially important to understand if you are young and live on a limited budget. You can make fresh fruits vegetables and lean proteins that are accessible and packed with nutrients.
The third important pillar of health is mental health.
Many people cover the first two aspects but forget that they also need to work on their mental health. Unfortunately, It is not so easy because there are no clear cut strategies that will work for everyone. But, everyone will enjoy the following two things.
